I purchased my home with Shannon & Pat back in 2013 and they were able to get us our dream spot in a multiple bid situation. During the buying process they took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and when *THE* property came up - they got us in to see it early and we were ready to present our offer immediately. When it came time to sell that spot in 2021 to move to our next dream spot, we had Shannon and Pat sell our spot. They told us exactly what to do to get it ready and walked us through everything. I always felt like I knew exactly what was going on and I was thrilled with the sale of our spot. We moved out of the lower mainland so we had to use a different realtor for our next purchase, but after working with other realtors, I can honestly say that Pat & Shannon are experts at what they do and their communication is second to none. You are in good hands with them, we highly, highly recommend them.

I purchased my first condo with Shannon and the Drummond Marketing Group and had a great experience working with them. Very professional team that would respond quickly to questions and correspondence, and were available when I wanted to check out condos (needed to act quick to not lose out on opportunities.) I was recommended to use them from a friend and they were not wrong. I would recommend Drummond Marketing Group to anyone who needs a realtor.

When we went to sell our house and buy in the Vancouver area with a very tight time frame they were there , we were stressed and overwhelmed too the max . Then Shannon and her team took us by the hand and got us into our dream house before we knew it , they negotiated hard and definitely put in the hours of work needed to help us get into our house on time. Days and days going house to house setting up appointments and working with our schedules, the Drummond group will be who I deal with for a life time , they truly are the best of the best.

Anyone with experience knows that buying and selling your home can be very stressful. My wife and I were fortunate enough to meet Pat and Shannon both of whom made the process as seamless as it could be. Will apologize beforehand for the delay in writing this review at the 1 year mark...it's more like a year and a half.
Assistance included everything from suggestions of little things we could do to our previous townhome to set it up for sale to keeping an eye out for good deals on a fixer-upper freehold.
Feelings can certainly run high during this time, but Pat/Shannon are very good at bringing one back to ground level.
The only regret is that we may not need them again for a long time as I think we've found our long term home(will likely even retire here).
You are more than welcome to come over for tea/wine anytime.

Shannon and Pat were both invaluable in helping us find our new family dream house/acreage in Maple Ridge. It was no easy task, as we were asking for the house to tick a lot of boxes! Pat knows her stuff! We were first time buyers and nervous about finding the right investment.
