With over 10 years of experience in real estate conveyancing, I bring a deep understanding of contracts, compliance, and transaction accuracy, ensuring every document is detailed, enforceable, and handled with care. I manage the behind-the-scenes logistics, including coordinating showings, tracking buyer feedback, preparing listing and sale documents, and overseeing daily transaction details, allowing our REALTORS® Shannon & Pat, to focus on negotiations, relationships and maximizing value for our clients.
